PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES

Please note that from the receipt of payment:

7-10 working days are needed for production for all Onecent items.

10-14 working days for Coin Rings

10-14 working days from receipt of payment for any items from The Protea range (excluding rings, which a 4-6 week production lead time is required)

Rings are produced to client specifications, in the event of the incorrect ring size being ordered the client will then be liable for cost involved with returning and remanufacturing the ring in question unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All out items are made by hand, to order.
